Since 2008, Bang has held a variety of operations positions within the investment industry, through which he honed his data analytics, risk mitigation and business process management skills. Before joining First Light, Bang was an operations analyst for Wells Fargo. He also spent 11 years in various operations roles at DST Systems, a company providing advisory, technology and operations outsourcing services to the financial services and health care industries. Most recently, Bang led software development efforts at DST designed to improve mutual fund operational efficiencies and was a senior mutual fund operations manager for the company.
